Community Service and Philanthropy

Currently, he serves as a board member of Soup, a non-profit organization striving to improve access to homeownership and affordable rental housing in the Bay Area. Rayford holds a bachelor's and master's degree in sociology from Stanford University in Palo Alto. In 2014, he earned an MBA in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial studies from the NYU Stern School of Business in New York City.

During his leisure time, Rayford loves collecting art and listening to music. He shows a particular interest in collecting artworks of Black artists. Additionally, he has reignited his childhood hobby of collecting sports cards.
